Unlock Bowser, Wario, And Waluigi
To do this you'll need a Gamecube system and a Gamecube Gameboy Advance Link Cable. When you transfer your two story mode characters to Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour, you will unlock Bowser, Wario, and Waluigi.

Unlock Story Mode Characters
In the Marion Club, beat Joe in singles then beat his partner Putts in doubles. In the Palms Club, beat Sherry in singles then beat her partner Grace in doubles. In the Dunes Club, beat Azalea in singles then beat her partner Tiny in doubles. In the Links Club, beat Kid in singles then beat his partner Gene in doubles.

Unlock Luigi
To unlock Luigi, transfer your human characters experience in the Gamecube to the GBA.

Unlock Star Characters
To unlock star characters, beat any character on quick play on character match. Story mode characters cannot be star characters.

Meet Yoshi
Go to the Mario Club Practic center, then go straight up and right until you see a sign. Then go to the lower right until you see another sign . Take that path which leads to a lake. You should see a bird. Practice there and hit the bird.(This only works with the girl player). Yoshi will come to you and give you a special drink.
